Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges. At Rich Culture Candle Co. all of our products are carefully packaged and inspected before they are shipped. However, if your candle is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong order, please email us at email@example.com within 2 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the damages/wrong order for review. We apologize in advance for any damages and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Please be advised that we take no responsibility for packages not received but marked as delivered.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS 1-3 business days after your order is successfully placed.
During the summer months we only ship Monday - Wednesday. This is required to ensure that candles are not sitting in non-climate controlled facilities during shipping.
